The Continental Divide Trail Coalition is seeking a talented trail professional to join our team as a Seasonal Field Coordinator.

The Field Coordinator position will manage CDTC volunteer programs, projects and trainings across the entire CDT. This position will work closely with Agency and Community partners to coordinate field projects and logistics and will work directly with CDTC volunteers in a Crew Leader capacity; teaching trail skills and overseeing safety and enjoyment of volunteers on frontcountry and backcountry trail projects, as well as managing individual stewards in the Trail Adopter program. The Field Coordinator will be responsible for recruiting project volunteers, distributing information to participants and documenting and reporting all field accomplishments.

Experience in trail construction, volunteer management and project management are required. This position necessitates a flexible schedule with frequent travel and a commitment through October 2016.

Interested candidates must apply by April 18. Please submit resume and cover letter to Val Sokolowski, Trail Operations Manager at vsokolowski@continentaldividetrail.org
