Volunteering on the CDT

Would you like to help build, maintain, promote, protect and sustain the Continental Divide Trail?

Volunteering on the CDT

The Continental Divide Trail Coalition is a volunteer-based organization and there are always opportunities for individuals, families, groups and organizations to participate. Please visit the Volunteer Opportunities Page and check out the work events. Trail work is a great way to be a part of the Continental Divide Trail and also meet like-minded people. You can also contact one of the many trail partner groups who work along the CDT. They can always use experienced and non-experienced workers. With some experience, you might want to become a partner or Trail steward yourself. For more information about the steward program check out the Trail Steward page.

In addition to working on the CDT, there is a long list of tasks that need willing volunteers. If you have a particular skill to offer or just wish to help out, please contact the CDTC. Some tasks can be done from your home.
